  1. The manufacturer provides a 2-year guarantee on all parts, 5-year for frame, manufactured by\u00a0Specbike SIA<\/b>\u00a0to all customers who purchase a new product.<\/li>\n
  2. The warranty period starting from the date when a customer receives the product.<\/li>\n
  3. During the warranty period, the manufacturer provides a repair or replacement of the product at no expense, if the buyer has complied with all rules of use, maintenance and storage conditions, and did not undertake any other actions that could lead to the damage of the product.<\/li>\n
  4. In the event of the warranty repair, the manufacturer covers the transportation costs of the damaged product.<\/li>\n
  5. If the damage has occurred as a result of non-compliance to the maintenance rules, the repair is made at the expense of customer.<\/li>\n
  6. The seller does not accept any claims in the following cases:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. The origin of the product is unknown (appropriate documents are not available);<\/li>\n
    2. The product has a mechanical damage;<\/li>\n
    3. The user has indicated an incorrect weight of the driver, or the product has been overloaded;<\/li>\n
    4. The product was used not for its initial purpose, or was utilized under extreme conditions;<\/li>\n
    5. An independent repair was carried out by the customer, or construction of the product was independently altered;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. The manufacturer is not responsible for the maintenance or service works provided by another company, and is not obliged to fix such maintenance.<\/li>\n
      2. In all cases when the customer has not complied with the rules of use, storage and other activities, the manufacturer has the right to ask for a payment for the repairs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
