The SpecBikeTechnics Kids is an adjustable kids recumbent trike designed for comfortable recreational riding. Its compact dimensions, low seat and adjustable riding position make it suitable for young riders approximately 0.90–1.30 m tall.
The trike features two 16-inch front wheels, one 20-inch rear wheel, a 7-speed Shimano transmission and an adjustable SpecBikeTechnics seat. Mechanical disc brakes on the front wheels, a rear V-brake and a parking brake function provide controlled braking and convenient parking.
The distance between the seat and pedals, the seat position and the steering handles can be adjusted as the child grows. A custom RAL frame color and alternative transmission configurations are also available.
Adjustable for Growing Riders
The riding position can be adjusted for young riders approximately 0.90–1.30 m tall. The distance between the seat and pedals, the seat position and the distance to the steering handles can all be adapted as the child grows.
Wheels and Brakes
Two 16-inch front wheels and one 20-inch rear wheel keep the trike compact and easy to handle. The front wheels are equipped with mechanical disc brakes and a parking brake function. A V-brake is installed on the rear wheel.
Adjustable Recumbent Seat
The SpecBikeTechnics seat features a soft cover and an adjustable backrest. Its low position provides a comfortable recumbent riding posture and helps the young rider maintain a stable position on the trike.
Steering and Handling
The direct steering system is designed to provide precise and predictable handling. The compact wheelbase and low seating position make the trike suitable for recreational riding and help the rider control the trike at lower speeds.
7-Speed Transmission
The standard configuration includes a 7-speed Shimano transmission, allowing the rider to select a suitable gear for different riding conditions. Alternative transmission configurations are available as optional upgrades.
